The product I worked on, a powerful AI-based shopping assistant, scans millions of validated reviews from various sources, including user feedback, expert opinions, critic reviews, YouTube videos, and more. By aggregating this wealth of information, we present you the best products for quick and easy comparison.

Overview -

There is a lack of trust in Best Reviews.Guide and users have no understanding of what it is all about. There are several reasons for this:

Every click on a product card takes the user straight to the product page on Amazon, which seems spammy.
The rating of the product is calculated, but it is unclear how it is calculated.
Its visibility suggests an old, out-of-date site that is not trustworthy

The solution -

An AI-based shopping assistant scans millions of validated reviews from various source. I focused on providing clear, concise analysis in explaining to users what the purpose of the site, ensuring a more efficient shopping experience.

Users reach the site through a Google search, among the first ads that appear is the site.

Here are some changes I made to improve the site's reliability and understanding

List page -

In order to make the experience feel like the real thing, I started with visibility first. By adjusting the spacing, adding more air, and using a uniform typography and graphic language, I was able to make the product look cleaner visually.
Then I went a little deeper - users have told us they find it difficult to find the product they need so I added labels, filters, and sorted the list.
The first section of the list contains an explanation of how the score is created and what sources are used

Related products

As a result of our collaborations with specific sellers, we want to promote their products on our lists. Our priority is to serve the users, so we will only display sponsored products after five products, not at the beginning of the list (after 5 products) so the users will receive the best products first.

Buying guides + newsletter subscription

As part of efforts to increase trust in the site, I added a section of relevant articles to the list. This also contributes to raising our ad on Google and gives another added value to the users whowho is still in the process of searching for the right product for him

Product page

The product page did not exist at all. It is important to create a product page for each product on our lists, it adds credibility to the site, it helps with SEO, you can go straight to a product page when searching on Google. Occasionally, users want reviews on specific products so they search on this site.
